2. What data is processed

When you visit this website, only the personal data that is technically necessary for its operation or that you voluntarily provide to us is processed:

• Contact by email: if you send us an email, your email address and the content of your message are processed in order to answer your enquiry.
• Server log data: when the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is used to provide, secure and troubleshoot the website.

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. The video on the homepage is served directly from this website (self-hosted); no data is transmitted to third parties such as video platforms.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• answering your enquiries by email,
• technical operation, security and stability of the website.

4. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). As a processor, Vercel processes the server log data mentioned in section 2 in order to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Log data is only retained for as long as is necessary for these purposes.

5. Disclosure abroad

With Vercel Inc., personal data is disclosed to a service provider in the USA. With the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Switzerland recognises adequate data protection for certified US companies. Where a provider is not certified, adequate data protection is ensured through appropriate contractual guarantees (in particular standard data protection clauses).

6. Donations and external links

Donations are processed via external providers (Payrexx, PayPal) or by direct bank or crypto transfer. This website itself does not process any payment data. If you follow a link to an external provider (e.g. social media, PayPal, Payrexx), the privacy policy of the respective provider applies; no influence is exercised over its data processing.

7. Retention

Personal data is only retained for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. It is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the FADP you have in particular the following rights:

• information on whether and which personal data about you is processed,
• correction of inaccurate personal data,
• deletion of your personal data,
• objection to data processing as well as release or transfer of certain data.
